Hydraulic Grab

A Hydraulic Grab as the name implies is used for ‘grabbing’ materials and moving or sorting them from one location to another. Hydraulic Grabs are used extensively in the recycling, demolition, construction and agricultural industries and can work with machines from 2 to 60 ton. Hydraulic grippers are heavy-duty lifting devices that can apply the force required to handle heavy components. They use pressurised fluids to move a piston. When the piston moves, it transfers the force to the gripper jaws, opening and closing them.
