Self-Coaching in CoachTrigger
The team members download our mobile app and login to their personal CoachTrigger account. Together with their team coach they setup what KPIs should show up on the screen, and what the targets are for each KPI. The team member then log their activities daily, and can on the screen clearly see how they should work in order to reach their targets.
In the report system each team member can benchmark their performance compared to other people in the team, see how other people achive higher targets and copy high performing behaviour and what needs to be improved. The coach can upload training videos and tutorials in the app, enabeling each team member to train how to improve all steps towards becoming more high performing.Â
