All materials created by Allen Atelier, including designs, prototypes, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of Allen Atelier until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the intended purpose.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary resources to facilitate the design process. Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.
